Hi Elaine this is Jessica. I bought a Shitzu puppy from you at the start of the summer. He is one year old now! We named him Rolo and he is the kindest natured, most gentle and loving dog I have ever known. I just wanted you to know how well he is doing in his new home. We are constantly complimented on his nature and how sweet he is. He is so intelligent, can do a lot of tricks and very obedient. He was potty trained within a week of being with us. I just want to thank you for giving us the best gift we have ever received. He is not only my baby but also my best friend. He is very much loved we are blessed with him. He now weighs between 12-13 pounds. He is very active and full of energy. Loves going for walks and is so sweet to people and other dogs. I have attached some photos of him from when we got him to now.
Hi Elaine! In March it will be 2 years since we adopted Gracie from you. She just turned 2 on Jan 9th. As we lay here in bed snuggling , I just wanted to thank you for our beautiful Gracie. She is so smart and loving and just a joy to have in our home. Couldn't imagine our lives without her. Once again thank you and I hope you are doing well!

Elaine...cannot let this day pass without wanting to say how much joy you have brought into our home. Our puppy James is amazing and totally happy all the time. We never put him in a cage from day one. One smart little boy with his wee wee pads and never ever whines.
He is with us every minute of every day...goes to Petsmart in the cart and his aunts house to visit all the time.
His big 2 1/2 yr old kitty brother McGee ...just adores this happy little boy as you can see by this picture. They tumble and play all over one another with complete abandon. McGee washes James every day and well...takes care of James.
Elaine....we hope you are well and want to wish you nothing but the very best life has to offer.
Thank you for the love and happiness you gave us by letting us adopt our baby.

Hi Elaine,
Happy New Year and a healthy one.
We are enjoying Nate very much. He is a tough boy. Loves to play with our Boston Zac. He is already going up a flight of stairs in the house! He is eating well and slowly but surely catching on to the potty training. We will keep in touch.
Thanks so much Elaine...She is doing so great! A complete sweetheart. We absolutely love her! Eating, sleeping, playing really well. She's in a crate at night (in the bed/couch with us for naps lol) and in a pen during the day, unless we are all playing. We are off all week so she is being played with a lot. Her name is Cocobella officially... We call her "Bella".
I will be in touch ! Hope you're feeling well!!
Jeanine, Matteo, and Cocobella
Hi Elaine,
We all made it through the night quite well with Zoey, even my 19 year old grandson took her out of her crate to potty once. Zoey is pretty much on target with the wee wee pads.
She is an adorable, loving puppy. She is adapting very well to our home. You have raised her beautifully!!!
Hi Elaine
I just wanted to update you on Bella. Her first night went better than I expected. Not a lot of crying . She is eating and drinking and getting along well with Sheba. She was actually growling at Sheba because I put them both on the same chair to take a picture. Thank you very much from the entire family.
Hi, I bought one of your puppies Last year in October. Just wanted to send u a pic so u can see how much he has grown. His name is chance. Want to say thank u

Hi Elaine,
We came and picked out our Ginger when she was nine days old. She is one of 3 girls (white band) born to mommy, Flowerdale and daddy, Bon Jovie on September 9.2014. She was beautiful and it was love at first sight.
On November 1st we took her home and she was 1.5 pounds and as you can see she was pretty dark.
After finally receiving all of her puppy shots at 6 months old we got to take her for her first haircut and she looked like a totally different dog after her dark puppy hair was cut off!
Today at a year old you can see that she has the perfect name for her coloring, which by the way was totally by accident. We took her to the vet. on her birthday and at a year old she now weighs 5 pounds and 3 oz. She is still our little peanut.
Ginger is such a big part of our family. Our Grandkids were 5 and 3 1/2 years old when we brought her home and I have never seen them be so gentle and loving to a little creature. She loves them and when they come over she runs to them with excitement and of course the first thing is belly rubs.
Thank you so much for our wonderful gift of Ginger!
Patti & Tom Schaefer
On her first birthday we took her to the vet and had her weighed. She has graduated to 5 lbs and 3 oz. Still a tiny peanut.
In loving Memory of May February 27,2015 - August 29, 2015
She just finished all her shots
Had her first big girl hair cut
She was the love of our lives and everyone that met her
Thursday she was 6 mos old
May got her collar caught on the kitchen
Cabinet and it chocked her.
She is gone.
I can barely go on
Just wanted you to know she was so loved in the
Short time we had her
Thank you for allowing us to adopt her

Dear Miss Elaine,
Hello! How are you? I wanted to drop you a note to tell you that I'm
doing great! I am growing big- I am 5 lbs now! I have been to the
doctor a few times and I am a healthy little fella, but shots make me a
little sick so the vet is careful with me. I don't mind going there
though because all these cute girls fawn all over me and tell me I'm the
cutest thing ever. They've even tried to smuggle me out of the room
under their coats! I am a playful, curious and happy guy. I love
people and can't wait for anyone I see to stop and adore me. Mommy says
it's a good thing I'm so adorable because I'm a handful, but she says
that is how she knows I'm a healthy guy.
I'm still working on going potty in the right spots, but I'm getting
better. I am so good in my crate at night and have learned the commands
sit, stay, and am getting come and lay down. I've known my name since
the third day I came to my new house and I learned to go up the steps in
less than a week, but I was only coordinated/brave enough to go down
about a week ago!
I love my boy. He loves me. He says we're best buddies and we like to
play with my ball and tug toys. My mommy and daddy love me too. I get
played with, taken for rides, walks and cuddled and cared for just like
a member of the family! I get kissed a lot. Mommy says she signed a
contract with you that requires her to kiss me a minimum of 100 per
day...sounds fishy, but I don't mind- I kiss back.
I am a funny little guy and have a big personality. My grandma is in
love with me and this summer I get to take a trip to some place called
Michigan to meet my other grandma and grandpa and family. I am loving
my new home and want to thank you for giving me a great start and
finding me my loving family. I am a very happy puppy!

Elaine...Robert and I both want to thank you for having us in your home and sharing your dogs...cats ...birds. It was a complete joyful time for us. RJ talked about you and how much he enjoyed all the attention from your calm and loving babies. I have been around many rescue/shelter people/breeders/vets during my life of rescue/rehab and none of them can compare to you.You are an amazing woman with a soul of love and full understanding for all. There was no doubt that you were in complete charge and all were showing that. To see cats all around and on top of bird cages without so much as a yawn...nothing short of amazing to me. All your adult dogs were so loving and sweet and your cats blew our minds with such calm attitudes.
Hello Elaine...yesterday marked one week since we traveled down to bring home our green band shih tzu boy...
We named him James temporarily but his true name now...for life...is Bailey. Baby Boy Bailey.
He is a wonderful loving little fella. Our big cat McGee adores him and is teaching him many things. Bailey follows him around. Our cat McGee is 2 1/2 yrs and a huge cat...weighs 15 1/2 pds ...vet told us a very large cat in perfect health. He has been waiting for a playmate since we rescued him at 3 months old. McGee & Bailey share everything as you can see in this picture. On soft blankets for sleepy time.
Our vet said Bailey was a beautiful healthy boy and next week he gets his shot. 3 pds. 2 oz now..
Bailey instantly used his wee wee pads and when he is old enough will learn to go out into our large courtyard.
There are no words to fully explain how much you mean to us for choosing us to be one of your puppies parents.
You are so very lovely in many ways and you have touched out hearts.
Bailey is living like a little prince now...he will never want for anything as long as he lives. Only the best of everything for him.
It is what we wish for you as well.
always grateful ...

Elaine...Glad you are well now
James is the most playful puppy ever. He never is without a toy in his mouth. Drags them all over the place and even gives them to his kitty brother McGee When you walk... James will walk behind you and push his squeeeaky toy into your legs...it is so darn cute. James loves everything and everyone. He visits my sister and loves to play with her 2 cats. He goes to my hairdressers shop and they close the shop for one hour just so they can play with him. Here is a picture of him at the shop with my dear friends who adore him.
James kisses anything in his path...and washes his cat brother McGee. His weight is hovering around 12-13 lb.
Here is a picture of his very first big boy puppy cut that I gave him recently. I will not ever cut him down or shave him or take him to a groomer. I love fussing over him and comb him every 3 days...not one mat...his fur is fabulous. His coloring is spectacular...lots of reddish blonde.
We love him to pieces Elaine...wish we lived near you so we could visit. This morning we looked at your site and saw the sweet 9 week old one that is up again to adopt. So darn sweet and reminds us very much of our James.
Much love always dear Elaine...
Tina...RJ...McGee & his brother James.

Hello and Good Afternoon Elaine,
It has been a year since we had gotten our "Purple Band" Puppy, who we named "Rocket". From the very beginning, he has always been a very inquisitive, smart & well-behaved puppy. Til this day, he is exactly the same! The transition between the wee-wee pad and outside bathroom breaks has been a wiz, he is SUPER fast & sweet and he loves to have all doors open in our house so that he can roam the house and check on each of the children, and when he knows that are sleep, safe & sound, he comes into the room with my Husband & I and sleeps at the bottom of my bed. Our family could not imagine how life was before him, because he has awesomely become a part of our family! We Thank You sooo much and will always send business your way.

Hi Elaine,
Hope all is well. Wanted to update you with some photos of Quincy.
He has been such a source of endless joy for our family. He is the sweetest pup, and loved by all who meet him (even those who claim to not be dog people!) We are so thankful to have found you and your pups and having brought Quincy into our lives.
Here are a handful a photos starting with when we first got him, and the most recent are after his first haircut. His color now is a very light beige/cream/almost white with a strip of grey hair running down his spine/on top of his head.
Photos are 2 months, 4 months, 5 months and two after his haircut (almost 6 months old)

Hi Elaine:

It was best experience of our lives. The moment I spoke to Elaine I felt like we knew each other for years. We lost our Brandi suddenly in October. We were destroyed. We never thought we could love another dog. But the moment we met Sadie. We fell in love all over again. Now that we have Sadie home with us. There is life back in our house. She brings smiles and laughter back into our lives. I can't wait until next year when we get another shin tzu. I love that the fact the Elaine let's us visit our puppy every 2 weeks. Elaine truly loves all her animal's. They are so well behaved all her animal's. She is not in it for the money. She truly loves every puppy and loves giving them to a loving home!!

I just wanted to keep updates on Sadie
Everywhere we go. People stop us and what to play with her. They have not seen a chocolate Shih tzu with green eyes. That just kills me. We call her our little devil dog. She is none stop all day running around. Every time she does something wrong. She looks into our eyes and with that face, are we be made at her. She has my husband wrap around his finger. She loves the camera too.

Muddy (White band, born 4/26/13) just passed his AKC Good Citizen Test and we've been volunteering weekly at a local nursing home as a therapy dog. He brings so much happiness to people, and we get stopped daily as people want to pet him. I've referred so many people to you. Here are some recent pics!
Thanks,

Hi Elaine,
Here are some pictures of our shorkie "Oona". She is doing great can't believe how quickly she adjusted especially for such a small puppy she is not scared of anything! We all love her so much , she loves to play especially fetch with a ball. She is taking well to wee wee pads and outside has some accidents but still so young. We have a trainor coming this Friday to the house and once she is fully vaccinated will be going to puppy kindergarten. She is eating well and last time at the vet she weighed 2 pds 10 oz she she gained 2 oz! We had Fran the groomer come who I know you are friendly with and she got her first haircut! My cousin is now waiting for a shorkie from you and we are all excited to meet her so Oona will have a little friend😍 Hope you enjoy the pictures and I will keep in touch as Oona gets older.
Thank you for our special little girl!

Hi Elaine,

Thank you so much. He is well trained with wee wee pad. Thank you. He's doing very well. The kids love him.
Jaylah n Jalen with blaze.
This is how I came up with their names: I travelled to the Middle East last year and visited Dubai and Bahrain. While there In the airport I heard them calling for flights departing and I subsequently fell in love with the names: Doha (black and white pup) which is the capital of Qatar, one of the emirates and Dhabi (brindle pup) which is short for Abu Dhabi, richest country in the world, also one of the emirates. They are growing so beautifully. They have a clean bill of health and are admired by everyone wherever I take them. We love Doha and Dhabi. Thank you Elaine.

Hi Elaine. Mocha is doing great! She and Ginger had a drama free introduction on neutral ground as you suggested. She's been eating, sleeping, peeing and pooping on schedule (and making in the driveway). Here are some pix. She's such a love. I can't thank you enough for the privilege of adopting her. Will send more pix later this week.
Regards Jackie
Mocha has been at my feet in the kitchen whenever she's not asleep. She was also in the bathroom when I was getting dressed and she laid down on my toes. So cute! She's been so friendly and loving, always giving kisses and wagging her tail. I will send you pix of Dani with Mocha. Dani is so gentle with her. She is in good hands. We love her very much. I will keep in touch! Jackie
Know this made my day::: We just left the vet. She said Mocha was one of the healthiest and most beautiful shih tzus she has seen. She added you to the recommended breeder list they circulate to patients.
Dani and Mocha playing after school. They are buddies!!
Hi Elaine-
|
Hi Elaine-Took Mocha to the vet yesterday for shots and the vet said that she was the prettiest and well behaved shih tzus they had ever seen. Her tail wagged thru the entire appointment. Even the shot! She's almost completed house trained and weighs almost four pounds. She is such a joy to be around!! I can't thank you enough. Here are some more pix.
Sept. 15 The pleasure was ours! She's an adorable little lady. She sleeps with us on the bed and is full of love. She gets so excited when she sees us (and so do we!). Funny thing is, yesterday we couldn't find her. We looked everywhere and nothing. Turns out that she's the exact color of our blanket and she was there napping!!! She has a great appetite and lots of energy! I've been mixing her old food with the dry freeze Stella&Chewie patties we feed Rudy (and Julia from now on) and she loves it! I gave her sentinel (a dewormer that also works as preventive for heartworm, fleas etc... We do have mosquito's here and our vet won't let us board her without it) and yesterday she had a bit of diarrhea. I was worried at first, but she ate her dinner, drank water and was a ball of love and energy. The diarrhea could have been because of the stress, the high protein food, or even the dewormer itself. I tried to get a sample for the vet in the evening (it was solid-ish) but she ate it before I could reach for a bag. Julia did that as a puppy so I guess it's what dogs do sometimes. Have u ever had it happen to you? This morning she ate her breakfast voraciously and is now playing with her toy thank u again for the awesome goodie back! She's going to the vet anyway, so they will be able to tell us more -but she looks pretty good! She loves your sock! She sleeps next to me but brings ur sock along! I'm teaching her to play fetch and she likes it! She may be teething... She chewed on a book cover, on the toys and, this morning, on my iPad cover
I'm gonna get her kong toys and nylabones
How r u and how's your lovely family?

Hi Elaine-Thank you so much for giving us Peyton! I know you probably miss her, so I just wanted to assure you her first day has gone well. She has been modeling the other dogs' behaviors and is walking on the leash around the backyard very well and peeing & pooping in the grass. She was nervous when she got here and had her tail between her legs, but got brave very quickly and her tail hasn't stopped wagging since. She ate lunch & dinner with enthusiasm and has been playing until she tuckers herself out. She has been very social with pups and humans. Hopefully tonight will go just as well! I will continue to update you on her progress and I have attached some pics.
Thank you so much again Nancy & Shannon |
Hi Elaine-
Peyton is continuing to do very well. She saw the vet yesterday and took her vaccinations like a pro! She is 4.5lbs! Still eating like a champ and sleeping through the night. Her little personality is coming through now and her rambunctious puppy moments are keeping us entertained! She has adapted to her time in Manhattan and the noises aren't bothering her. She is getting along well with our Maltese, they play together constantly and tussle a bit. I have attached another pic. Thanks so much again Nancy |
Hi Elaine-
Hope you have been well! Just wanted to send you some new pics of Peyton. She is doing very well and we are so ecstatic to have her! She just got her 12 week shots and has been going for many walking adventures. She is acclimating well to walking on the leash. She is also doing really well socializing with other dogs and people as well as learning basic commands sit, down, and come.
Thanks so much for her!
Nancy & Shannon
Hi Elaine-
Hope you had a nice Halloween. I just wanted to give you a quick update on Peyton. She is still such an enjoyable little girl! Now that she is fully vaccinated, she went for her first hair cut and did really well. While she is still on the skinny side, she is eating really well and gaining weight. She is an excellent car passenger on our commutes from the city to LI and sleeps through most of it. We went the lazy route this year and the girls wore football sweaters for Halloween.
Again, we are so glad to have her!
Happy Fall

Hi Elaine:
The weekend went very well with our new addition (Dakota). She and Brooklyn are getting along great. Will send pics soon. We have a vet visit on 7/30 and will keep you updated on both Brooklyn and Dakota. I never thought of Brooklyn as a “big” dog until I saw her next to Dakota.
Thanks again for everything.
Vet visit went well. Our vet said she is healthy but small. We are keeping her away from all other dogs until she has all of her shots but that’s only because she is small.
She is really cute and a good addition to our family. I gave your name out to some people in my community who are in love with Brooklyn and are falling in love with Dakota
Hi Elaine, this is Bailey in his new coat. He was shivering outside the other day so I thought I'd better get him used to wearing one. He's about 4.5 lbs. and he's got a mind of his own. He goes to puppy kindergarten and the trainer was a little concerned about his biting but today he was a real gentleman and he's learning he's not the boss. All in all it's been fun!, Hope all is well with you and your family, including all your pets!
|
Bailey is doing well with his new family. Not afraid of anything!
Hi Elaine!
Just wanted to update you on our sweet girl. Our family is completely in love with her! She loves to cuddle and kiss us constantly :-) Her personality is coming out, she loves to chew so we bought her a chew toy and she is very protective of it, she does teeny little growls at us if we come near it haha! She is so well adjusted here already, she has cried some at night but is quickly soothed when we pat her and help her get back to sleep.
Can't thank you enough for this sweet baby girl!
Hi Elaine! Lola is now 12 weeks and has been in our home for 2 1/2 weeks. We call her the queen of our house because she is so well adjusted that she is the first to notice if something is out of place here. She is by far the most intelligent poodle we have ever had. She was completely trained on puppy pads when we brought her home, and last week we started bringing her outside on a leash after meals and she was trained by day 3 going to the bathroom outside. She amazes and amuses us (as evidenced by her toilet paper fun) daily. The picture of her in the window sill was her watching my brother mow the lawn. She was 3.9 lbs then so she won't fit there much longer!
Can't thank you enough for this love bug. Hope you and your family are well!

Hi Elaine here is a picture of your Shihpoo. She is doing great. Hope all is well!

Hi Elaine! Hope you're doing well! Just a quick update on Bradley at 5 1/2 months...he's doing great! Such a sweet, lovable little guy! All he wants to do is give kisses and get belly rubs lol. He's getting so big, around 13lbs! We love him so much and he brings us so much happiness!
Jennifer Fedorczak He does look like Buddy! We're all great! Just so happy having a pup again! He's really a good boy! He went through a mouthy phase but we've worked past it and he's fine now. He's so lovable. And smart too! He has learned some commands and tricks. He's such a mamas boy. He's all over me, my shadow! Mark is jealous. He sleeps with me every night right by my side. He's spoiled but that's ok! |
Hi Elaine,
Spring is here and we just got Muncie groomed so we thought we should send a photo of our handsome little man. He really is great and we thank God for you and your passion with these little souls every day. The other photo was just for fun.... just think "Dog Eat Dog" lol
We look forward to seeing you soon now that the worlds worst winter is behind us!
Be well,
Fred, Linda & Muncie
Hi Elaine,
We hope this email finds you well. Today is Muncie's 1st Birthday so we thought we would share some photos.
Here he is in his "birthday red" sweater and another of him as a Chippendale dancer, cuffs and all.
He is a fantastic puppy - soon to be dog - and he brings us endless joy each and every day. He has a personality that doesn't stop and everyone he meets falls under his spell.
We just wanted to thank you again for this amazing little life that gives us so much happiness.
We will have to come and visit once the weather gets warm, even though he has a wardrobe better than mine, including sweaters, jackets boots and hats...
I promise to send photos of the fashion show as the winter progresses.
Be well and God bless.
Fred, Linda & Muncie.

Hi Elaine,

Hello Elaine,
We just wanted to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the joy you created and ultimately gave to us. "Muncie" (pronounced Mun-see) is a blessing beyond anything we could ever have hoped for. It is obvious that the love and caring you give to "Buddy", "Isabella" and the rest of your dogs and especially their puppies creates fantastic little souls that spread endless joy...
So far Muncie knows when to sit on command and is such a joy to be around. He has a great appetite and took to the water bottle I made instantly.
I didn't forget you but Muncie has been taking up all of our spare time so I'll build yours and drop it iff to you soon.
We love him more than we could ever say or write. He is pretty good about house training and almost sleeps through the night... In fact, the first night he never made a peep, he just went to sleep.
We really just wanted to say God bless you for all of the joy you are able to give to people through all of your hard work. Just know that we really appreciate it!!!
We will tell anyone and everyone just how fantastic your puppies are.
We will speak to you soon!!
Fred, Linda and Muncie Napolitano
